Have you ever looked at the weight section at your gym and thought: “That’s only for the men”?
Or looked at the girl lifting super heavy, effortlessly, with beautiful form and thought “I wish I could do that”? Whilst walking on the treadmill feeling completely lost?
The most important thing to know: They were in your position. And I know, because so was I.
For every woman who has every been made to feel less-than, not good enough, weak, lost, like you don’t deserve to take up space: I hear you.
So many of us have felt this way, myself included, and it’s the reason so many women are often deterred from strength training, or the gym altogether. And as sad as that fact is, there’s something truly beautiful and uplifting in knowing we’ve all shared similar experiences.
And so as a coach, my mission is to bring out the best in my clients by helping them to build their confidence and find their inner strength, through lifting.
By lifting to lift themselves.
Put simply? Women’s empowerment through strength training.
Who is my coaching for?
My coaching is for women who are either currently involved in, or want to get involved in strength training, grow their knowledge and push their confidence, ability and skill!
There is so much power in discovering what our bodies can DO for us, and as a coach I love supporting my clients in that journey.
And the beauty of strength training is that our goals don’t have to be specifically strength or performance oriented! No matter the end goal, lifting will get you there.
I work with plenty of women who are focussed on aesthetics, lifestyle, mindset or improving their confidence, but at the heart of every single one of those goals, is lifting.

What BFC specialises in:
Powerlifting
Whether you already powerlift and are wanting to take it to the next level, or you’re wanting to dip your toe into it, BFC specialises in powerlifting coaching.
From introductions to powerlifting, to the platform, I’ve got you covered.
There is never an expectation for my clients to compete, but for those who are wanting to make the leap, I offer competition prep, as well as handling on comp day itself.
Strength Training
But at the heart of BFC is strength training as a whole. There is never any pressure or expectation for my clients to powerlift, and so plenty of them have kept their focus in the gym, achieving incredible results and hitting personal goals they never imagined.
No matter the goal, strength training will get you there. All of my clients are passionate about lifting weights and building strong, powerful bodies.
Sustainability and individual considerations
No fad diets. No crazy low calories. A sustainable approach that gets real results, that last. All too often women come to me having tried all sorts of toxic diets, with incredibly restrictive calorie targets and develop unhealthy relationships with food. I teach my clients how to approach both fat loss and muscle building specific to their lifestyles, and their body’s needs. Putting my client first, allowing them to achieve their goals whilst still living their life and not having to make unhealthy sacrifices.
Women’s Health
As women, there are so many aspects of our journeys and lifting that are impacted by our cycles, and knowing what considerations to make that are beneficial for you, and your individual needs are really difficult.
So, as a female-only coach, it’s a crucial part of my coaching to focus on these niche elements; teaching my clients the universal basics when it comes to the different parts of our cycles, hormone patterns, nutritional considerations and so much more. As well as then being able to apply that to them as individuals and helping to curate adaptations to help them understand their bodies, and navigate each part.
