Your program is designed entirely for YOU. Unlike generic programs, our training program is personalised in a way that allows us to be really intentional with your goals, set all your nutrition targets, and build out a complete schedule that slots rightttt in with your lifestyle. We will also take into account any specific preferences or limitations you may have, your lifting style, frequency, and recovery needs to maintain the integrity of the sustainability and effectiveness for you as a lifter.

As part of program only, a focus on habit coaching is about integrating the behaviours that support your strength journey into your daily life. You’ll receive guidance on creating sustainable habits that enhance your training, recovery, and overall performance. This isn’t just about lifting, - it’s about becoming the lifter you aspire to be.

Yes, you will be given nutrition targets that align with your strength goals, but it’s up to you to track and follow them. I provide the framework, and you implement it. This approach allows you to maintain full control while ensuring you're fuelling your body efficiently.
Likewise, if you don’t want for this to be included or you already have a nutrition coach, we can absolutely leave this.

Same as 1:1 I have a 3 month minimum commitment period and a 4 week notice period.

My Self-coached Strength System works as follows:
You’ll complete an initial onboarding form where we get to know you, your training and your goals. From here, you’ll be booked in on a 30-minute onboarding call with Beth to map out your personal plan of action and road to expansion.
From here, I’ll get you set up on my personal app where everything will be held. Your training program, personal schedule, nutrition targets, habits and progress trackers.

No, this is a completely independent option. While I’ll design and manage your program, there’s no direct contact, check-ins, or ongoing support included.
