Here’s what’s included:

  • Initial 1:1 onboarding call with Beth where you will have a personalised training, nutrition and BTS plan crafted, in addition to a mindset and lifestyle audit to ensure we can make everything totally aligned. In this session alone, you will leave with more clarity on your next steps and hidden gaps, than you have had in your training to date😉

  • I’ll build your training program that allows us to be really intentional with your goals, set all your nutrition targets, build out a complete schedule that slots rightttt in with your lifestyle. This is designed to feel intentional and personalised at every step. With regular calls, daily support, and ongoing adjustments, you’ll have everything you need to stay consistent and confident in your progress, create momentum in your training, nutrition, and mindset and achieve your strength goals in a way that feels completely aligned with who you are and who you’re becoming.

  • Weekly Training Video Feedback, Submit your training videos for same-day analysis, fine-tune your lifts with detailed, direct feedback every single week, so that your technique, form, and performance are always improving.

  • Bi-weekly 30 minute deep-dive calls. Every 2 weeks we will go DEEP into every aspect of your training, leaving no stone unturned. This is where the magic happens… we will:

    • Analyse your progress: Review training metrics, performance videos, and overall alignment with your goals.

    • Adjust your program: Make strategic updates to your training and nutrition based on how you’re responding, ensuring we see continuous progress.

    • Tackle mindset barriers: This is where we can work through any limiting beliefs or mental roadblocks that are holding you back, replacing them with tools and strategies that empower you.

    • Plan for success: Break down your short-term and long-term goals into actionable steps, ensuring you leave every call with absolute clarity and focus. No more guessing, each week you will feel aligned and confident AF in the moves you make.

  • You will also get structured weekly check-ins via a form, where we will:

    • Track your progress in training, nutrition, and habits, and tackle the micro-specifics of everything behind the scenes to ensure that we’re progressing each and every week

    • Highlight wins, challenges, and address any adjustments that might be needed.

    • Provide space for reflection so you can better understand your growth and areas for improvement.

    • … so that you can feel fully supported in the knowledge that we’re continuously moving that needle forwards.

  • Every 2 weeks we will have a deep dive phone call! We delve into into every aspect of your training, leaving no stone unturned. This is where the magic happens… we will:

    • Adjust your program: Make strategic updates to your training and nutrition based on how you’re responding, ensuring we see continuous progress.

    • Tackle mindset barriers: This is where we can work through any limiting beliefs or mental roadblocks that are holding you back, replacing them with tools and strategies that empower you.

    • Plan for success: Break down your short-term and long-term goals into actionable steps, ensuring you leave every call with absolute clarity and focus. No more guessing, each week you will feel aligned and confident AF in the moves you make.

  • In short: Your training program is updated & reviewed as often as is necessary!

    We go through things with a fine tooth comb in our bi-weekly deep dive calls to review training metrics, performance videos, and overall this is where we can make strategic updates to your training based on how you’re responding, and based on your subjective feedback in these calls so that you can see continuous progress.

    Being on hand every day and in your training sessions, we can also make immediate adjustments to your programming as needed, without wasting time or energy on uncertainty.

    I will also review your training videos every single week and you’ll get same-day analysis & feedback for immediate integration!

  • Absolutely not! I understand that changing your relationship with nutrition can be a vulnerable process, and I will never force any of my clients to track if they don’t feel comfortable. It of course depends on the goal we’re looking to achieve, but focussing on nutrition in general is OPTIONAL. This is an opt in or out service.

    I just ask that my clients speak to me! I want to make your journey the most exiting and supportive as I can so if there are any important considerations to be made, communicate them, and I will always do my best to accommodate.

  • I do! I will always be there to handle remotely but if you are competing locally/I am free to travel then I will be there to handle in person.

    I will ALWAYS be there to support and guide you in whatever way I can!

    All clients will get their first comp day handling completely free (just travel costs to be covered if applicable). Otherwise I charge a £25 handling fee for the day.

  • I do have a 3 month minimum commitment period, as well as a 4 week notice period. This is to ensure that we can really get stuck into things and are allowing a good amount of time to progress! I’m not about 30 day challenges or fixes - I am the coach for those looking for real, long-term, sustainable results.

    Of course, I do also offer a 6 month package if you would prefer to pay in full!
